TUITION INFORMATION

You may be eligible to receive a tax credit for Preschool Tuition!

Currently, preschool tuition counts for the Child and Dependent Care Credit. Your federal income tax may be reduced by claiming the credit for child and dependent care expenses on your tax return. We will provide you with a receipt at the end of each semester that you can use when you prepare your taxes. 

Tuition is $130 per month (September-May). Tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month, with the exception of September. This will be paid by August 1st.

There is a non-refundable registration/supply fee of $50.00. This fee will be used to purchase classroom supplies. You will only need to supply a backpack for your child - all other school supplies will be purchased for you. The registration/supply fee is due with your registration; directions to pay can be found on the registration form. This money will be used to hold your spot (we can only accept 20 students). If you later change your mind about attending Creek Kids Preschool, this $50 will not be returned.

After the first tuition payment, tuition will be due by the first of each month, and is $130. Your second tuition payment will be due prior to October 1st.

If you would like to pay tuition by the semester or by the year, a discount is included. 

• 2 tuition payments of $570 (due prior to school starting and again by January 1st)
• 1 tuition payment of $1130 due prior to school starting.

Teachers do not collect tuition. Tuition may be paid by any of the following procedures:

1. Pay by check to Grassy Creek Christian Church Preschool and mailed to:

2. You can also pay your registration fee online through Tithe.ly. Download the app, create an account, search Grassy Creek Christian Church, enter the registration/supply fee of $50. On the next screen, you must select “cover fees”. Under “Fund” select Preschool Tuition. You can also do this online without the app by going to https://get.tithe.ly/. 

3. We also have a drop-box option for payment. A black box is located near the front door of the church. You may leave registration payment there (cash or check). Please leave in an envelope with your name. 

Late fees are $30. Prompt payment is important because tuition pays our teachers’ salaries. Tuition will not be prorated for families who chose to end their child’s enrollment prior to the end of the month or for families who choose to begin after the 1st of the month.
